Ms. Jentzen has over 17 years in the meeting and event industry, including extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector as well as dermatology and psychiatric segments. She is widely recognized as a service champion with the intense results-oriented approach required to ensure strong attendance and attendee satisfaction at the meetings and events she plans.
Her experience includes end-to-end planning and management of pharmaceutical product launches, National Sales Meetings, speaker training meetings, advisory boards, investigator board meetings, Symposia, investor relations
As part of end-to-end planning, Anita provides event strategy development consulting, budget forecasting and management, contract negotiation, vendor management, transportation management, attendee communication, on-site logistics and invitation/registration process services. Each of these services can also be contracted individually if full end-to-end planning is not required.
Known for her tenacity, Anita possesses a unique understanding of the multiple facets of meetings and events and has the skills necessary to ensure successful implementation. With the ability to build teams quickly, she successfully produces meetings that meet the goals and objectives of every stakeholder.
Amanda Milatz, Director of Client ServicesAmanda understands the art and science of customer service. She has learned the meeting and event planning business from the inside out, working on a wide range of programs including high-level assignments requiring interaction with executive and management levels. Chrissy Foster, Program CoordinatorChrissy simply gets the job done efficiently and correctly - the first time. Her skills in planning successful domestic and international meetings came while working at a major university, serving as the primary administrative assistant to a top researcher, his faculty and staff. She is dedicated to the task at hand and has the ability to manage a voluminous and varied set of responsibilities. Extremely conscientious, friendly, and detail-oriented, Chrissy’s commitment to excel at all she does makes her an invaluable asset to the Detail Planners’ team.
